Welcome to Flikk’Signature. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a 30% deposit to secure your booking.
The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment where sufficient notice is given.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the remaining availability for that day.
The full service fee may still apply.
Payments
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Payments may be made using approved payment methods available at the salon.
Once a service has been completed, all payments are non-refundable.
Hair Preparation
Unless otherwise stated, clients should arrive with clean and detangled hair.
Additional charges may apply where excessive preparation time is required.
Braiding Hair & Extensions
Braiding hair, extensions, and additional materials are not included in service prices unless specifically stated in the service description.
Clients are encouraged to review service details carefully before booking.
Health & Safety
Clients should inform Flikk’Signature of any scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, infections, or other concerns that may affect the service.
Flikk’Signature reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where it may be unsafe or unsuitable.
Photos & Marketing
Photographs or videos of completed work may be taken and used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
Clients who do not wish to appear in photographs should notify Flikk’Signature before the service begins.
