Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic and hair care products cannot be returned.
Returns may be accepted for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
