At Flikk’Signature Hair Salon, all appointments require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit is deducted from the total service cost and is non-refundable but may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within the allowed time.

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation made after this period will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time; requests made after this window will be treated as a late cancellation.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash or online payment. Once a service has been provided, all payments are considered non-refundable.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If arrival is delayed beyond this time, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled based on availability.

Please note that braiding hair and extensions are not included in service prices unless otherwise stated.
